Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a one on one basis. Please reach out or message with questions about an item before ordering. If an item in not operational please contact us first. Replacements can be sent or refunds issued depending on the situation and are handled on a one on one basis.

No returns or exchanges on any fabric. Sorry! These items measurements are on each listing. Please read and unstained what you're buying. We do not offer exchanges if you've ordered the wrong size for your frame or project. If you have questions about any fabrics message us first before ordering. Fabric is pre cut and packed to size. If you order two individual yards you will receive two individual packaged yards. If you you need a continuous cut of 2 yards you will need to convey that in messages first to make sure it is even available. Once fabrics have been opened they are exposed to dust, dander, pet hair, smoke, or more. We cannot take them back. Thanks for your understanding.

We will not except refunds for color variances from what you saw on your computer monitor to what is on the custom product. We do our best to make images in our sale postings portray the item however all computer monitors vary in color output.

*You are fully responsible for verifying your shipping address. We can NOT refund or resend items if the wrong address is provided. Please triple check your mailing address is correct upon ordering. If you noticed the wrong address after placing your order please message us as soon as possible with the correct address. In most cases the address can be changed.

Express Mail is available but please Contact Us First. Custom orders cannot always be made fast enough for Express delivery.

We cannot be held responsible if a package with tracking says it was DELIVERED but doesn't show up. A claim would need to be filed with your local Post Office. Always contact your neighbors as they may have received it by accident. If any item says delivered and you didn't receive it the absolute best thing to do is call your local post office. They will be able to help you far better and faster than we can. We see the same exact tracking information as you the buyer sees. The post office has more tracking information generally and can help.

INTERNATIONAL Orders may have a duty or tax upon receiving you package from the post carrier. Please be aware of your country or regions taxes and fees before ordering. This fee or tax is the Buyers responsibility. If you choose to refuse the item a refund will be issued only when the item is returned to the Seller in new condition. The initial shipping charges will not be refunded.
