This punch needle has a wooden handle and metal tip. Needle is light weight and small. Great for punching with larger yarns such as a worsted and even some bulky weight yarns. (depends on brand, fiber content, and weights) Needle will compare to other larger needles on the market which take larger yarns and are made for rug making rather than small embroidery work.
This needle will work with monks cloth. Needle will NOT work with weavers cloth.
This needle will work with worsted yarns, some 3 ply wools, some 4 ply wools, and a variety of others.
Needle is not adjustable.
